01 - Description
The service description should include all necessary information needed to file a new incident.
EasyWhistle offers a basic layout to use.
When entering the reporting portal, the user can use any language that your company has activated.
02 - Localize
Administrators can always activate new languages to the reporter portal.
To add a new language, you only need to enter your translated Service description under the correct language selection.
Remember to save it by pressing "UPDATE".
